Part of the Blueprint Update is to remodel all maps to include a lot of additional areas, all of which will be optional to the main tasks. By the Blueprint Update this should be fixed. This is due to issues with the lightmapper in Unity, which can go wild when you have intersecting geometry, especially objects that are partly underneath the terrain.
